Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. Refunds are issued on a case by case basis. 

Returns:

Sade Milan Skin does not accept returns for products purchased from our website. Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns once they left our office. 

Exchanges:

As our products are for the feminine area we do not exchange products. 

Damaged Products:

If your product is delivered damaged or your order is incorrect please email shopsademilan@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your product with your order number and a photo of the package that you received and we will issue a store credit or replace the damaged item(s).
